Here's the framework I use every day:
The 60/30/10
Rule.
Lets break it down:
1. 60% of your day is spent focusing on building wealth.
Not just working… but thinking strategically.
What are the THREE things you can do today that will make everything
else easier or unnecessary?
That's where your focus should be.
2. 30% of your time is for love and relationships.
This is the one most people get wrong.
We're meant to be social creatures (Read "Social" by
Lieberman).
I spend 2-3 hours talking on the phone daily (whether it be to business partners or to family/friends).
3. 10% goes to your health.
The better you feel, the better you perform.
And making money
is all about energy, my friends.
An hour at the gym, prepping a healthy meal, or even a walk outside can seriously change your mood.
Pro tip… I take an uber to the gym, workout, and walk home (2-5 miles). While I'm walking, I'm on the phone talking to people.
This formula is simple, but look
around and see for yourself.
